  • Dylan Brooks

    Boulder born and raised. After living in China and traveling through Asia for 3 years, where he taught English, coached functional fitness classes, and was the strength and agility coach for a Semi-Pro Football Team, he moved back to his home town of Erie and started his personal training business, DBrooks Fitness. Since becoming an ACE certified personal trainer in 2018, Dylan has also expanded his training knowledge in the fields of kettlebells with his IKFF L1 certification, children with his Youth Fitness Specialist certification, and athletes with his Sports Performance Specialist certification. He's a former NCAA D2 lacrosse player from Adams State University and a current coach for the Erie High School JV Lacrosse team. With experience training athletes from ages 3-91 years old, Dylan specializes in improving all aspects of the body's performance for athletes of any level and any sport!

  • Colin O'Banion

    I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy with seventeen years of experience. Using skilled manual therapy, cutting-edge technology, ancient healing principles and modalities, and intelligent exercise prescription, I specialize in pain resolution. My physical therapy is supported by health coaching, utilizing a comprehensive framework that recognizes health and wellness is a balance of lifestyle, mindset, diet, and environment. It’s ultimately a journey of self-discovery.

  • Dale Greenwald

    Dale R. Greenwald, C.S.C.S. is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) and a Neuromuscular Therapist (N.M.T.) with a degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Colorado. He worked for the University of Colorado Athletics Department as Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach and was a four time Collegiate All-American Power lifter, and held the American Collegiate dead lift record (635 Pounds).

    Currently, he specializes in coaching football athletes and men ages 40-70, that desire to not lose muscle and strength.

  • Thomas Inigo

    Thomas Inigo is a professional triathlete who has recently moved to Boulder after spending most of his life in Charlottesville, Virginia.

    Thomas graduated from the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and emphases on exercise physiology and athletic nutrition. Thomas specializes in working with multi-sport and endurance athletes, but has a great deal of experience coaching clients in a plethora of other disciplines including Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting, as well as those looking to make meaningful lifestyle or body composition changes.

  • Kristyn Imdorf

    Kristyn's journey into the world of fitness began as a competitive swimmer. However, shoulder and elbow tendinitis led her to discover the transformative effectiveness of weightlifting. She holds a degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science, pre-physical therapy, from James Madison University. Her education and experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the human body and its mechanics, allowing her to approach fitness with a scientific and personalized perspective.
